System Overview
Before proceeding with an installation, we will
arrange for a technician to conduct a site
survey to
ensure your premises are compatible with our solution.
Having conducted this survey, we will provide you with the
following options along with prices where
applicable:
Standard Plan (subject to survey)
tazam.net will supply & install all of the required
equipment on a permanent loan basis including
full setup & commissioning along with customer
payment gateway management and 24/7 support. We will
then receive revenue directly from your
customers and require absolutely no outlay
from your business. NB: The minimum period is two
years.
System Purchase Plan
You may choose to purchase the equipment outright and just pay
for the installation and setup. You can
then take
full control of the system yourself, or you
may prefer us to fully support the system then sit back and receive a commission of
the generated revenue along with regular usage statements.
Branding
Regardless of the selected installation option, we
will customise the end-user logon screens with your
logo & branding at no additional charge. You can
also opt for advertising to be placed on the login screen & links to
your website and/or building information screen (this
can be edited via a simple user interface)
How long does
installation take?
On receipt of the order, we will arrange for a new high-speed internet connection to
be installed into your premises. We will then install cat5e cabling and
wireless access points along with a server which will
need to be located in a secured part of the building.
When the system
has been fully tested & commissioned, we will call to your site and provide
marketing materials and training where applicable.
The entire process usually takes between 3 and 6 weeks from
